Teen & Junior Karate (Ages 11–17)

Building character, leadership, and goal-setting habits

Adult Karate (Ages 18+)

Tae Kwon Do

This program emphasizes self-discipline, humility, and a deeper understanding of martial philosophy. Hapkido

Hapkido combines circular motion, leverage, and joint manipulation to create practical, effective self-defense strategies. Students learn joint locks, throws, escape techniques, pressure points, and dynamic kicking. The system strengthens Awareness, Self Control, Agility, Reaction Time, and Functional Strength. Because Hapkido relies on technique rather than brute force, it is well-suited for all ages and body types. Self Defense

Our Self Defense program focuses on real-world scenarios and teaches students how to stay safe in practical daily situations. Balintawak

Balintawak is a Filipino single-stick system that develops lightning-fast reflexes, hand-eye coordination, and close-quarter awareness. Through striking patterns and counter drills, students build Agility, Awareness, Reaction Speed, and disciplined control under pressure. This weapon is excellent for enhancing timing and mental sharpness.

 

Bo (Staff)

The Bo (staff) is an essential weapon for improving strength, balance, and full-body coordination. Training includes long-range strikes, sweeps, spins, and detailed forms. Bo practice enhances Improved Balance, Physical Fitness, Flexibility, and controlled power. It is effective for strengthening the core and improving posture and directional movement.

 

Sai

The Sai focuses on precision, directional control, wrist strength, and defensive trapping. Students learn to block, redirect, and lock with accuracy. Training with the Sai enhances Self Control, Awareness, Agility, and fine motor coordination. It requires focus, stability, and technical discipline.

 

Tonfa

Tonfa training helps develop rotational power, defensive coverage, and reinforced blocking skills. This weapon builds Upper-body Strength, Balance, Agility, and Stronger Wrist Control. Students learn to generate power through efficient movement, making this weapon particularly beneficial for coordination and stability.

 

Cane

Cane defense is highly practical and widely applicable. Students learn striking, hooking, thrusting, and joint manipulation techniques that are useful in real-life situations.
